When you send an enquiry
We save the contact details, location and service information you provide so the Lakeside team can review and respond to your request. A copy is emailed to the business contact address shown on this website using the AFLS email service and Resend. Replies go to the email address you provide. Enquiries are available only to authorized studio managers and owners. Please avoid including sensitive personal, medical or financial information in your message.
Optional visitor analytics
With your permission, the website records page paths, general device category, referring website domain, campaign label and interactions such as clicking a phone link or submitting an enquiry. Analytics do not include your name, email, message, full browsing URL or IP address. A random session identifier helps group activity within a browser session. Counts represent recorded events and may include repeat visits or automated traffic.

Storage and studio access
Website content, enquiries and first-party analytics are stored using Cloudflare hosting services. Authorized studio users sign in through AFLS. The public website does not require a visitor account. Content revisions are retained so managers can restore previous edits. Contact us if you would like your enquiry information removed or corrected.
